GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CARD ONLINE STORE
These general terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between the seller and the gift card purchaser. The seller has the right to cancel an order or terminate a purchase if the general contract terms or service-specific conditions have been violated.
GIFT CARD PURCHASE AND DELIVERY METHOD
The buyer purchases a gift card from the seller's gift card store. The seller sends the purchased gift cards to the address specified in the buyer's order form (either to the buyer or the gift card recipient) once the purchase transaction and payment by the buyer have been registered in the system. Gift cards are sent by the delivery method chosen by the buyer, either in PDF format to the provided email address or as a printed card sent via regular mail. The cost of delivery is added to the price of the gift cards.
Our gift cards are value cards, the service content can be changed according to availability. Cannot be converted into cash. You cannot buy a gift card with a gift card.
When purchasing a gift card, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions and service-specific conditions in effect at the time of purchase. Reservations paid with gift cards must be made via email to

PAYMENT METHODS
Products and their postage costs are paid for at the time of the order.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The gift card buyer has the right to cancel a gift card order made through the seller's gift card store free of charge within 14 days of the gift card recipient receiving the gift card. The payment will be refunded using the same payment method that the consumer used. However, there is no right of cancellation if the gift card has already been used, the date for the service has already been booked, or the service provider has initiated preparations for the service. The buyer must return the gift card when cancelling the order. For return matters, please contact our customer service.

Paytrail is a secure payment service provider for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) and is part of the Nets organization.The Paytrail payment service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Paytrail Oyj appears on your bank or card statement, we have handled your payment.The online store acts as the marketer of the products and services and as the supplier of items to the customer. The online store is responsible for the legal requirements and other obligations related to the transaction. If you have a complaint or want return a product/service, you should contact the online store directly where the product/service was ordered.When an online store uses Paytrail's payment service, you will find a description of the service on their website usually in their terms and conditions.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized Payment Institution working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. ONLINE BANKING
You can use all Finnish banks with either the eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces offered by the banks. You can pay with any of the online Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear on your statement as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online business. From the online store, you will be redirected to your own bank to make a payment securely.

CARDS
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Mastercard Debit.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card statement and forwards the card payment paid by the consumer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
